ABOUT
An 18-year-old Japanese film director who grew up in Singapore and currently resides in New York, began making films at the age of nine. With experience working as a storyboard artist and assistant for Singaporean filmmaker Eric Khoo, he is now studying film production at New York University. His short film, "Mother’s Recipe" (2023), won Best Short Film in the U25 category at the Academy-Qualifying Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia. He is currently creating travel videos for a company in Japan, including a branded short film for Japan Airlines.

WORKS
SPIRIT WORLD (2024)
Worked as a behind-the-scenes video creator and storyboard artist for the Singaporean feature film Spirit World, directed by Eric Khoo and starring Catherine Deneuve, Yutaka Takenouchi, and Masaki Sakai. Produced by Zhao Wei Films, this film is scheduled for release later this year.

ORANG IKAN (2024)
Contributed to the production of "Orang Ikan," an Indonesian horror feature film, in the roles of Bilingual Script Supervisor, Casting Assistant, and Behind-the-Scenes Video Creator. Served as a vital translator on set, facilitating seamless communication between actors and the director. The film, directed by Mike Wiluan, produced by Eric Khoo, and featuring Dean Fujioka as the lead cast, was produced under the banner of Zhao Wei Films.

Singapore National Day Parade Video "NDP 2023: Our Padang"
Assisted the setup, coordinated food and beverage preparation, and oversaw crowd management for capturing footage during previous parades as Production Assistant. Worked under The Hummingbird Co., in partnership with Singapore National Heritage Board. Delivered a presentation at the Singapore 2023 National Day event, reaching an audience of 27,000 attendees and extending to a broader public through broadcast.
Chosen from a pool of 2,000 applicants to curate monthly content for Grab, a prominent super-app. Conducted insightful interviews with restaurant owners and drivers. Gained valuable experience working under the mentorship of Nas Daily, an influential figure with a following of 40 million.
